Our Vision
Our vision is to use training and spiritual encouragement to reduce the unemployment rate in underrepresented communities and eliminate the unemployment gap experienced in those communities compared to their counterparts. Our mission is to help the underserved reach their highest potential through the love of God Almighty.

We believe that all people deserve the opportunity to receive access to quality training, support and opportunities. LOM has helped people create Limited Liability Corporations and have given courses on how to keep individual finances separate from their business finances.
